Our talented Y8 students have created these amazing Egyptian-inspired sculptures using air-drying clay. Each piece has been carefully designed and handcrafted to reflect their creativity and learning. An ushabti is a small ancient Egyptian figurine placed in tombs to serve as a magical substitute for the deceased, performing labour in the afterlife.
