Students embraced the opportunity to get outdoors, taking part in birdwatching and den-building activities while learning more about the local wildlife and natural environment. The highlight of the day was spotting a magnificent heron, which delighted everyone in the group.

The trip was a fantastic way to celebrate the Eco Club's commitment and enthusiasm throughout the year. Spending time in nature gave students the chance to develop their teamwork, observation skills and appreciation for the environment, while having plenty of fun along the way.

A wonderful day was had by all, and we look forward to many more outdoor adventures with our Eco Club next year!
