Dear Parents and Carers,
Year 11 GCSE and BTEC results will be available for collection in the refectory from 8.30am -10.00am on Thursday 20th August.
Students should also be able to view their results on the “Education Record App” from approximately 11 am, though we strongly encourage all students to attend the results day in person.
Students who have applied for our Sixth Form must look out for one of the following three messages inside their exam envelope and follow the instructions provided:
Message 1:
You have achieved the grades required for your options subjects so you do not need to meet with the Sixth Form Team UNLESS:
Message 2:
Unfortunately, you have not achieved the grades required for one or more of your options subjects. Please could you ensure that you meet with the Sixth Form Team before you leave school today.
MESSAGE 3:
Unfortunately, you have not achieved the grades required for your options subjects at Campion Sixth Form. Please can you ensure that you meet with Mr Wilson (Careers Manager) to explore options and next steps before you leave school today.
If any student cannot attend, then results will be posted out later that week. Please contact our Exam’s Officer, Paula Thomas, by Wednesday 15th July if this is an issue. Mrs Thomas’s email address is paula.thomas@campion.warwickshire.sch.uk.
If a student wishes for someone else to collect their results on their behalf, we require formal authorisation via one of the following methods:
Year 10 GCSE English Literature results will be available in the refectory from 10.00am to 10.30am.

If you have a query with your results, the awarding bodies offer post-results services. Please note that all requests require a completed Clerical Re-checks, Reviews of Marking and Appeals – Candidate Consent Form and must be submitted by the published deadlines. Fees for these services vary depending on the awarding body and service. For Mathematics, English Language, and English Literature, if a student's result is within 1–2 marks of the next grade boundary, the school will automatically request a clerical re-check and review of marking at no cost to the student.
Priority Review of Marking (A Level only)
This service is available only to A-Level candidates whose university or higher education place depends on the outcome of a review.
· Deadline: 9.00am, Wednesday 19 August 2026
· A senior examiner reviews the original marking and includes a clerical chek.
· Marks and grades may increase, decrease or remain unchanged.
Standard Review of Marking
Available for all externally assessed written examinations.
· Deadline: 9.00am, Thursday, 24 September 2026
· The original marking is reviewed by a senior examiner, together with a clerical check of the marks.
· Outcomes are normally issued within 20 calendar days of the awarding organisation receiving the request.
· Results will be sent to your school email address.
· Marks and grades may increase, decrease or remain unchanged.
Clerical Re-check
A clerical re-check confirms that all marks have been added and recorded correctly. It does not include a review of the examiner's marking.
· Available for externally assessed written examinations.
· Deadline: 9.00am, Thursday 24 September 2026
· Outcomes are normally issued within 10 calendar days.
· Marks and grades may increase, decrease or remain unchanged.
Access to Scripts
· Candidates may request a copy of their marked examination script by submitting an Access to Scripts – Candidate Consent Form to the Exams Office.
· Please note that the deadline for both Access to Scripts and Review of Marking requests is 24 September 2026. As scripts can take up to two weeks to be received from the awarding organisation, requests should be submitted as soon as possible after Results Day.
